The title of the movie is Yohan: Adhyayam Ondru as we already known. But here comes an exciting updates about the story of  the film which deals on how a common person from a rural place in the down south of Tamilnadu becomes a powerful and dangerous don in New York. Mean while there are some more rumours reveal that Vijay is expected to play the role of an undercover agent. The basic plot of 'Yohan Adhyayam Ondru', a film which will bring together Vijay and Gautham Vasudev Menon for the first time, is here.

"The film is about a common man who hails from Tuticorin and establishes his network around the world. Vijay plays a much wanted person who is in the radar of police departments of almost all countries," sources say.

An action thriller, the script will be totally new to Tamil cinema, they say and add: "Yohan Adhyayam Ondru will be an edge-of-the-seat entertainer and it will go on floors by the beginning of next year, that is, 2012."

To be produced by Photon Kathaas Productions, a company run by Gautham himself, the movie will have music by A R Rahman, cinematography by Manoj Paramahamsa. "Gautham will now start a film with Jiiva and will begin Yohan after its release," sources add.

Yohan : Adhyayam Ondru (Tamil: யோஹன்: அத்தியாயம் ஒன்று) is an upcoming Tamil Detective fiction film directed by Gautham Menon and produced by by the home banner of Gautham, Photon Kathaas Production limited.It stars Vijayin the lead role while the rest of the cast is still on the search. The shooting will be commenced in early 2012 after Vijay's completion of his film, Nanban. This film is said to be a sci-fi thriller and boasts off a huge budget. The film will cater to Vijay's mass fans with Gautham perfect packaging. However, the project will go on floors only in 2012, thanks to prior commitments of both Vijay and Gautham. In fact, The Vijay-Gautham Menon combo was to have come together earlier, when Gautham Menon approached Vijay for Kaakha Kaakha, but Vijay had to turn down the movie due to unavoidable circumstances. A. R. Rahman is expected to compose music for 'Yohan: Adhyayam Ondru', which will be shot in foreign locales, including Gautham's favourite country, the United States. A top actress may be roped in to play the heroine. Even before the film has gone on floors, a few sources say that the film will be a series and the name of the film is what that seems to have added to this buzz.
